Beautiful pool. Great staff. Amazing choice of food. All Inclusive is exactly that. Lovely area with lots of amenities around. Great beach. Fantastic value. Accommodation is comfortable and clean. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, we have been 3 times and love it every single visit.
None I could find.
the only thing me and my family enjoyed at this particular hotel was the view and nothing else.
the room was not cleaned, the staff were rude, lunch was burned (all four hamburgers) the entertainment program was the same every night.
i did not like the fact that the hotel was really old and all the furniture was old as well. breakfast was adequate but with poor quality.the hotel needs renovation immediately because what you pay does not match the hotel quality.
view of the beach, decent size pool, kitchenette in the room, not a lot of holiday makers so it was fairly quite
The location is somewhere between the 2 tourist attraction areas namely Kato Paphos and Coral Bay, about 20 minutes in either direction with the bus. The bus only runs until 11pm after that taxis will charge a fortune to drive you back. The beach is very rocky and there is only a very small area available to swimmers. There was no remote control for the TV in the room, when I inquired to the reception staff I was told to "use the tv manually". There are no fly screens so you are forced to sleep with the windows and balcony door closed otherwise you will get eaten alive by the mosquitoes. The air conditioning would only operate on one temperature, 17dg. No hot water during the day. etc etc...every query to the staff was met with a shrug.
The location and swiming pools were fantastic,
The hotel is very old and frunitures need renewing, cleaning and blanket changing done by customer request only
We had a single room with two beds and a cot. The room was spacious for all of us. At night they have programs leisure programs for people to watch.
It is really expensive for the facilities that they offer. The restaurant/cafe by the pool should be open before 10 so people can get their coffee if they are not paying for breakfast. Also, the veranda outside didn't have light so we could'n sit outside at night to read something and watch the beautiful view of the beach.....
Really bad room service, room staff was rude, no sea nearby that would be safe to swim
I went with my family with three children and had a great time at the pool. Very nice design outside and lovely view but the bar outside was a little expensive. I would go again.
The views were lovely and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning in the room was lovely.
It is not a 4* hotel. The bath towels were really hard and had a awful smell. The kitchen area was full of ants. You need to pay to rent basic facilities that you would expect in a hotel, such as a tv remote ans a safe key. We had to struggle down stairs with our cases to get to our room.
Despite the fact I was traveling with 2 toddlers (2 years and 7 months), I was placed upstairs and I had to curry all the way up the babies and the strollers all the time from the stairs. In addition we had to spend the first night having the baby between us in the bed because they did not arrange the baby bed
i should givemaximum 3 sstars
The pool and the view to the sea was very very nice (especially in the afternoon).
The toilets in the pool area wasn't clean.
It was in a semi-convenient location of being between Coral Bay and Tomb of the Kings and had a beautiful sea view from the window.
The maintenance of the room was poor since the sink clogged and wouldn't drain for the rest of our trip. The cleanliness was not that great as there was an ant infestation and the cleaning lady did not use disinfectant or sponge or mop, she simply wiped things down with a damp cloth and tucked the used sheets back into place on the bed. The staff could not speak very good English and it was more family-oriented than is advertised, making a trip with friends less relaxing as we sun-bathe to the sound of screaming children.
It was a pleasant and clean place. The room was clean and large. Night entertainment was nice. Helpful staff and good location.
The pool was rather warm, although big and clean. We couldn't find an umbrella, because it was very busy, but we managed to find a shady place...We couldn't watch some major local channels on T. V
The groundfloor room was massive with good (and quiet) air con. It was clean. We booked for only 2 days and the toiletries were ample for that.
We stayed at Eleni Holiday village a few years ago when it was newly opened. The overall impression of the place now was 'very tired'. The room needed decorating. The towels were clean but old and worn. The pillows were pretty disgusting - as was the bedding. We only booked for 2 nights. A small supply of tea/coffee, milk and sugar would have been very welcome - but were not supplied. We were advised by reception staff that it was very difficult to park in Paphos centre so we took the bus. This advice was entirely untrue and could have saved us a lot of time and standing about in the sun. We took the car next day - no problems. The comment card from the previous room occupant had be left in the room instead of collected by the staff. This mentioned a cockroach in the room - most unsettling! We didn't see one in the room ( I carry a roach spray anyway) , but we did see one in reception - in broad daylight! Perhaps they need to treat for cockroaches more often?
